After the physical scan of your space has been completed and processed, there are a number of useful and valuable features:

Dollhouse View

The Dollhouse view enables you to rotate and zoom in and out of the space in three dimensions. It looks very impressive and helps with understanding the layout of your space.

Explore 3D Space

Once “inside” your space you can easily move between each of the viewpoints, marked on the floor with virtual circles. You are then able to look all around you and explore the space.

Floor Plan

The Floor Plan view offers a more traditional perspective of your space. You can still zoom in and out and discover what each of the tags say.

Select Floor

For spaces that have multiple floors, you can select which floor to view when in the Dollhouse or Floor Plan views.

It is possible to gets measurements of your space by simply clicking and dragging. The measurement tool works in both the Dollhouse and Floor Plan views and you can select metric or imperial units. The measurement option can also be turned off.

Highlights and Guided Tour

Multiple highlights of your space can be identified and given names. This enables visitors to quickly and easily go to that view. These highlights can also be played as an automated Guided Tour of you space.

Google Integration

Increase discoverability by being included in Google Street View, Google Maps and Google Earth (note 5). 360 degree photos of your space are integrated into Google products enabling people to discover and explore your space more easily.

Desktop, Smartphone and VR

Your virtual tour can be accessed using a web browser or app and is available on multiple platforms, including:

Options

A number of time saving and cost effective options are available once a model of your space has been generated. These options can be discussed and quoted for.

CAD (Computer-aided Design)

Producing CAD drawings of a space can be time consuming and expensive, however once your space has been scanned then there is an option to produce CAD files very cost effectively. Files are in the DWG format.

3D Assets

For those who need to do further processing or convert the scans into other assets, then 3D mesh (.OBJ) and point cloud (.xyz) files are available as an add-on. Accurate to within 1% of reality.

BIM (Building Information Modelling)

Generating BIM files from the scan of your space is also possible. The files in .RVT and .DWG formats can include walls, floors, doors, ceilings, windows, furniture, bathrooms, etc.

Floor Plans

Black and white 2D floor plans of your space are available to order.

The plans include all floors within the space (up to approx 10,000 square feet).

They are supplied as a PNG (2,730px x 2,048px) or PDF file.

They offer a stated 1-2% accuracy, so would be suitable for most purposes.

Print Ready Photographs

High resolution photographs can be supplied of any accessible viewpoint within your space.

At 100% zoom this provides an print image size equivalent to 480mm x 270mm at 300dpi

Note 1: A compatible VR headset is required to view the spaces in Virtual Reality. A Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, or Meta Quest headset is recommended, however other VR headsets may be compatible. Some interface limitations are present when viewing in VR.
